AROMATIC CINNAMON WATER 

General Information About Cinnamon 

Cinnamon is from the lauraceae family and its homeland is South and Southeast Asia. It is an aromatic scented evergreen tree. Cinnamon is obtained from dried inner bark, which is the part that remains after peeling the trunk of the tree and the branches. It has an aromatic, tangible and a long lasting scent, while its taste is sweetish and chilly. 

Since it is one of the oldest spices in the history of mankind, it is widely used in the world cuisine. It is generally used in various desserts, cakes, beverages, chocolate and fruit cocktails as well as meaty dishes such as lamb meat and meat stew. 

Cinnamon: is the source of micro nutrients such as Vitamin K, iron, calcium, and manganese and diet fiber. Also it can be easily used added to dishes since it is naturally low in fat and sugar. Thus it does not increase the sugar, fat and calorie levels of the food to which it would be added. 

Use:

For adults, fill the water glass up to the one third of the glass with cinnamon juice and add water or juice. It is recommended to drink this 3 times a day, after the meals. 

Area of Use:

It goes well with and is used as a flavor especially for the puddings. It is widely used for coffee, chocolate, fruit sauces and beverages, as well as lamb meat, meat stew, various sauces, puddings and desserts with rice in it, chocolate cakes, pies, tea and food.
